Fill the form below and submit. To qualify for admission you must provide a guarantor who must be a registered member of the cooperative. After submitting the form your guarantor will be notified for his endorsement of your application.

Your guarantor will be notified that his endorsement of your application is required. Your application will only be processed after getting this endorsement.

An invoice will be generated for your payment comprising of the following:

• A. Registration Fees ₦5,000 (One off)
• B. Shares payment @ ₦5, 000 for the number you wish to subscribe. Note that the minimum shares allowed is 10 while the maximum is 40,000 shares.
• C. Monthly Dues ₦2,000 thereafter payable monthly. You have the option of paying months in advance.

Proceed with the payment of the total invoice amount in step 3 above.

Upon confirmation of your payments, your membership will be activated and membership and share certificates issued to you.
