Aisha Dikko
Aisha Dikko, Vice President.
Dikko is a seasoned environmental specialist, public administrator, and community development advocate with over 20 years of experience in marine environment management, sustainability, and gender-focused initiatives. She holds a B.Sc. in Botany and a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Maiduguri, alongside multiple international certifications in marine governance, environmental policy, and project management. From 1998 to 2022, Aisha served in key roles within Nigeria’s marine sector, rising to Directorate Cader of Marine Environment Management. She played a leading role in implementing international conventions such as the London Protocol, IMO regulations, and Marine Litter Action Plans. Her responsibilities included environmental impact assessments (EIAs), pollution control, dredging approvals, and inspections of offshore infrastructure. She also contributed to global initiatives like the UNEP-GPA/NIMASA marine litter project, the National Task Force on Marine Litter, and attended capacity-building workshops in Namibia, Ghana, and Dubai. Beyond marine policy, Aisha worked with the World Bank’s Fadama III Project, leading community programs on gender mainstreaming, sustainable agriculture, HIV/AIDS awareness, and renewable energy. Her early career included reforestation and desertification control as a Forestry Officer in Yobe State. A recognized voice in environmental sustainability and gender inclusion, Aisha continues to offer strategic leadership nationwide.

Dr. Zainab Talatu Ahmed
Dr. Zainab Talatu Ahmed, General Secretary
Dr. Zainab Talatu Ahmed is a distinguished academic, public administrator, and community development advocate from Nasarawa State, Nigeria, with over 30 years of impactful service in education, governance, and social development. She holds a B.A. Ed. in English (1986) and M.Ed. (1992) from the University of Jos, and a Ph.D. in English (Oral Literature) from the University of Maiduguri (2016). Her educational journey began at Township Primary School, Jos and St. Louis College, Jos. Dr. Ahmed began her career as a Lecturer in English at the Federal Polytechnic, Nasarawa, serving as the Pioneer IJMB Coordinator from 1987 to 2005. She later transitioned into public service, holding several strategic roles in the Nasarawa State Government, including Permanent Secretary, Commissioner of the Civil Service Commission, and Secretary to the State Government. She has also served on numerous high-powered state committees. A strong advocate for women and youth, she is State Coordinator of the Arewa Development Support Initiative (ADSI), BoT Member of the Nasarawa Town Development Association, and Zonal Coordinator and Assistant National Secretary of FOMWAN. Dr. Ahmed is widely respected for her visionary leadership, commitment to public service, and dedication to grassroots empowerment through education and civic engagement.

Musa Aliyu Gana
Musa Aliyu Gana is a results-driven entrepreneur, agriculturalist, and logistics expert with a strong commitment to sustainable agriculture and rural development. He specializes in crop evaluation, commodity exports, and precision farming, with hands-on experience working with hibiscus, sesame, soybeans, sunflower, and other high-value crops. As the founder of AGM Global Multi-Concept Logistics, Musa has successfully implemented projects under the Central Bank of Nigeria’s Anchor Borrowers’ Program (ABP) for both wet and dry season rice farming, delivering outstanding recovery results. A passionate advocate for innovation in agriculture, Musa leverages ICT tools to drive efficiency and sustainability across the value chain. He places strong emphasis on building collaborative relationships with farmers, communities, and stakeholders to achieve shared development goals. Musa holds a degree in Public Administration from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and a qualification in Public Health from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. He has also worked with leading NGOs, including Silverene Bay and MGIC, contributing to public health and community empowerment initiatives. Originally from Niger State, Musa brings a deep-rooted understanding of local agricultural ecosystems and is dedicated to fostering inclusive economic growth through cooperative leadership.

Dr. Tijjani Ahmad
Dr. Tijjani Ahmad, Ph.D., FCA, ACTI is a seasoned chartered accountant, financial strategist, and tax expert with over a decade of experience across the public and private sectors. His areas of specialization include finance, taxation, forensic accounting, and management consultancy, having provided advisory services to over 200 micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). He holds a B.Sc. in Accounting, an MBA in Finance and Investments, an M.Sc. in Forensic Accounting, and a Ph.D. in Accounting. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). Dr. Tijjani currently serves as a Lecturer at HAFED Polytechnic and a Research Fellow at the African Centre for Tax and Governance. He is also President of the Tsangaya Multipurpose Cooperative Society (TMCS) and a co-founder of MatmaPlus Consults, Fresh & More, and Spica Partners, demonstrating his commitment to education, entrepreneurship, and community development. As Treasurer, Dr. Tijjani brings financial discipline, strategic insight, and a passion for innovation. His experience and leadership will contribute significantly to the sustainable growth and accountability of the Cooperative Society.

Muhammad T. Shehu
Muhammad T. Shehu is a forward-thinking ICT and governance professional with a multidisciplinary background in digital technology, public service, and policy advocacy. He supports digital innovation, strategic outreach, and youth engagement. Born in Jigawa State and raised in Kano, Shehu holds a Bachelor’s in information and communication technology from the American University of Cameroon and Advanced Diplomas from Informatics Institute (affiliated with Informatics Academy, Singapore). He is also pursuing an LL.B. In Law. His professional journey includes roles with Jigawa SUBEB, Kano State Internal Revenue Service, and a graduate traineeship with OML34 Edjeba Warri (NEPL/ND Western). He currently serves as a programme analyst at the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON). Internationally, he has volunteered with the UN DPIDG, ITU Geneva, and other global organizations. He is active in civic leadership as Assistant National PRO of the Friends of Arewa Movement (FAM) and Jigawa State Youth Leader. Shehu is passionate about technology-driven development, good governance, and gender equity, using digital platforms to empower youth and address regional socio-economic challenges.
